Recognized as a trusted expert by international development agencies and partners, Khalid is committed to creating sustainable solutions that drive positive change.

Alias Wardak

An expert in international development cooperation, specializing in energy, water, and social infrastructure in the Global South. With over 16 years of experience managing development projects across Asia and Africa, he has also authored several books and articles on sustainable development, climate action, and renewable energy and water management in developing countries. In addition to his fieldwork, Alias serves as a lecturer at the University of Siegen, Germany, where he teaches project management in developing countries, FIDIC contract management, and sustainable construction in a changing climate.
